Janja Garnbret has long been considered the greatest competition climber of her generation, but with her ascent of Bibliographie (9b+) at Céüse, France, she cements her status as one of the finest rock climbers in history. In doing so, she becomes the first woman ever to climb the route — one of the most celebrated and demanding lines in world sport climbing. This short but electrifying film captures that landmark moment: Garnbret moving through Bibliographie's notorious crux sequences with the fluidity and precision that have made her impossible to ignore. For anyone who follows hard sport climbing, watching the world's best competition climber translate that dominance to one of the world's most coveted outdoor testpieces is simply unmissable.
