Through a mix of history and hard climbing, the film traces the scene from the bandana-and-EB days of the 1970s to today’s climbers raising the standard, meeting the locals and legends who shaped the area and the culture that grew around naturally protected climbing. What makes Crackoholic so gripping is how it balances beautiful, technical crack climbing with the human reasons behind it: why people choose gear, uncertainty, and consequence when easier options exist. We meet the climbers who have set their mark on the Bohuslän granite throughout the years.
